How to delegate

Delegation is the hardest of the 5Ds, yet, it’s essential as a leadership survival skill. In this lesson, I discuss the most common reasons people struggle to delegate, the signs that you might not be delegating enough, questions to ask yourself, some analogies to change your mindset, and the top five tips to delegating better.
