How to manage your email

In this lesson, we learn how to manage the deluge of emails that threaten to overwhelm our sanity. I offer 20 tips grouped into five categories to help busy leaders put email back in its intended place – a communication tool that offers control and convenience.

Your challenge this week is to try something new with your email management. Recently, I haven’t been scheduling my email deliveries to arrive during my recipient’s work hours. I just downloaded Spark which should allow me to do that. That’s my experiment. What’s yours?
