What Leaders are Looking For
Over the past two months I’ve asked dozens of leaders in a variety of fields about their biggest challenges and about the professional development they long for but can’t find elsewhere. 48% of the leaders I spoke with desperately sought connection with other leaders. One leader put it this way:

Leadership can be really lonely... but it doesn't have to be. Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a group or individual program?
This is a curated, group program for up to eight exceptional leaders. Those enrolled in Synergy can add on six individual coaching sessions to be used within the year for a rate well below what I charge my one-on-one clients.
Where and when do you meet?
We meet on Zoom 1 hour per week, 3 weeks per month, for a total of 6 months. Since everyone is a busy leader, our meeting times will be determined based on the schedules of those selected to be in the group. Typically, meeting times will be early morning or late afternoon Pacific Time so the majority of the work day is free to support your organization and your team.
What happens during each group call?
Generally, you will receive support on whatever challenge or wish is most alive in the room. We'll begin with a brief check in and then pick, as a group, a common theme. Irene will then facilitate a discussion that draws out the collective wisdom in the group with the aim of helping one another overcome obstacles, grow ourselves as leaders, support our teams, and build our dreams.
How does Synergy relate to Leadership Boot Camp?
Every member of Synergy gets free access to Leadership Boot Camp. But the content goes far beyond what is covered in the online course. Synergy seeks to “level up” your leadership by reconnecting you with who you truly are as a leader and then supporting one another as each member takes action towards making our biggest dreams a reality.
When does it start?
The formal launch is either when we have eight leaders or March 1, 2022, whichever comes sooner. Members who are paid and enrolled early are invited to 1 hour group calls every other week (starting in January) until the formal launch.
How much does it cost?
The six month program costs $3,000, with payment plans available. Add on six individual coaching sessions for an additional $3,000.
